=============
BACK-FLIP
>> ADVANCED! This trick requires a lot of speed.
>> When you hit the jump, pull up hard on the handle-bars as you arch your back--lead with your head and make sure to eye the spot where you expect to land.
>> First land on the front wheel followed with the back.
>> All the while make sure you keep your knees bent.
>> Land it and ride away with a smile knowing you're a stud.
>> Turn your handle-bars 90 degrees to the left or right while in the air.
>> Then straighten them out, land it and ride away.
CAN-CAN
>> As the name suggests, the opposite of a "Nac-Nac."
>> Take your left leg and throw it over the top tube of the bike so that the foot is pointing to the right
...or vice versa.
>> While in mid air, take either foot and extend it over your handle-bars so it's pointing in the direction you're moving.
>> Note: It should be in between your arms, which are on the grips.
>> Then bring your leg back to its pedal and land it--hopefully.
>> While in mid air, take your feet off the pedals and hook 'em under the handle-bars.
>> Stick your arms up in the air so that it looks like you are hanging from your wrists.
>> Then lift your knees to bring the bike back toward you.
>> Place your hands back on the handle-bars and your feet back on the pedals and land it.
>> ADVANCED! A flare is similar to a back flip but adding a 180.
>> Do a back flip, and when you're in mid air, turn your handle-bars to the right and push the back of the bike out in the same direction.
>> ADVANCED! Just as you leave the jump, lean forward over your handle bars and push back and up with your feet on the pedals simultaneously.
>> Once you're all the way around--did a complete flip, pull back so you can even out.
>> If you have front breaks, it helps a lot with a front flip.
>> While in mid air, pull up on the handle-bars, lean over them and grab the front pegs.
>> Land it by letting go of the pegs and putting your hands back on the grips.
>> Do a "no-foot Can-Can" (throwing both legs over the top tube of the frame while in mid air)--only twist your body at your hips so your left leg is on the right side and your right leg is on the left (assuming that you throw your legs to the right side of your bike).
>> While in mid air, swing the back of your bike to the right or left as far as you can, using your legs.
>> Then bring the back of your bike back in quickly and land it.
>> As the name suggests, the opposite of a "Can-Can."
>> Swing the back of the bike to the right.
>> Take your right foot and swing it over and around the back wheel.
>> Your foot should now be pointing to the left.
...or vice versa.
>> ADVANCED! Ride toward a jump and when in mid air, jump off your bike on the left side.
>> At the same time, let go of the left grip and grab it with your right hand.
>> Then push the front left peg backward with your right foot, making the bike do a flip in mid air.
>> When the bike is back to its original position, get on and land it.
>> While in mid air, have your left foot forward.
>> Pull up on the handle-bars, and lean to the right.
>> Turn the bars to the right, and move your body along with them so that you are in a position where you can see the ramp you took off from.
>> Turn the bars and return to your original position before landing.
>> Pull your feet off of the pedals while you're in mid air
>> Then place your feet back on the pedals before landing.
>> Suggestion: Start small.
>> Do a "Can-Can," only throw both of your legs over the top tube.
>> When in mid air, get your bike as close to vertical as possible (up and down).
>> Place your handle-bars in your lap and throw your hands up in the air.
>> When you get your hands back to the bars, level the bike out and land it.
>> Variation: Instead, throw your arms out to the side, so they're parallel to the ground.
>> Take one foot off of the pedal and kick it out to the side.
>> Then place it back on the pedal, and land it.
ONE-HANDER
>> Take one hand off your handle-bars, extend your arm.
>> Then place it back on your handle-bars and land it.
>> While you're in mid air, place both feet on the back pegs.
>> Be prepared for the back of the bike should drop some.
>> Note: When your feet return to the pedals, make sure you push the front of the bike down to even the bike out for a safe landing.
>> Take your hands off of the grips while you're in mid air and throw them up and out to the side, parallel to the ground.
SUICIDE CLAPPER
>> Do a "Suicide" and clap your hands behind your back while in mid air.
>> While in mid air, push forward on the handl-bars and throw your legs out behind the bike as far as you can, maneuvering so you're parallel to the ground.
>> Keeping your hands on the handle-bars, pull yourself back.
>> It should look like Superman flying through the air.
>> Do a "Superman" but keep one hand on the handle-bars and put the other on the seat.
>> Push your handle-bars toward the right side of your body and turn them to the left at the same time.
>> Use your legs to push the back of your bike up and to the left.
>> The object is to get the bike horizontal / level with the ground.
...or visa versa.
>> While in mid air, push down on the handle-bars.
>> Simultaneously turn your handle-bars 90 degrees (1/4 turn).
>> Take your left hand off of the handle-bars and grab your crotch seat.
>> Make sure you're leaning back so you can put the bike in a vertical position.
>> Then grab the handle-bars with your left hand (which was on the seat) and level the bike.
>> Then just land it.
...or vice versa.
>> While in the air, fling your bike 360 degrees to the left or right (full circle) under your feet.
>> At the same time spin your handlebars full-circle (360°)...a simultaneous event.
>> Approach a jump at medium speed.
>> As you take off, pull your handlebars up and toward you and turn your handlebars 180 degrees.
>> At the same time, look back whilst in the middle of the jump.
>> Approach a jump at a speed to complete a back flip.
>> As you're in the process of executing the back-flip, turn your handlebars 180 degrees simultaneously, looking back whilst in the middle of the jump.
